Support Group Pages to use with the eBook

This is a very simple 10 page digital download that groups can use to create a support group when they read the eBook, “Healing Childhood PTSD with God’s Help” together.

How to use these support group pages:

• There is a welcome and introduction page that the support group can read to begin and open each meeting.
• There's a very simple page for each person at the support group to introduce themselves.
• There's two pages for the support group to read at each meeting that allows them to do a simple body scan and confession of faith together.
• There are three pages of thought substitutions, adapted for healing with God. It's recommended that the support group reads one thought substitution at each meeting.
• It's recommended that the support group reads a section of the eBook, “Healing childhood PTSD with God’s help” by Lynda Lee Wright, at each meeting and talks about what they have read.
• There is a closing page that the support group can read to close each meeting.
